Owners, representatives, and anyone else that can be held liable for humval.com shall be known as Humval.
Indemnify and hold harmless
You agree to hold Humval harmless for any negative effects you may encounter as a result of using humval.com, being associated with humval.com, and/or not being able to use humval.com.

- Humval is not liable for any security breaches that lead to dissemination of user information
- Humval is not liable for any loss of service

- Humval can delete any accounts and any content at any time with no notice
- humval.com can go offline at any time
- Users and Humval can put offensive material anywhere on the site
Modification of terms
Humval reserves the right, at Humval's sole discretion, to change, modify or otherwise alter these terms and conditions at any time. Such modifications shall become effective immediately upon the posting thereof. You must review this agreement on a regular basis to keep yourself apprised of any changes.
Privacy
Humval will not spam you and Humval will not give out your email for others to spam you. humval.com, by default, sends notifications to users regarding things directly affecting them; however, these notifications can be turned off.
Rights to content
The site itself is copyrighted by humval.com. User content is licensed to Humval. By submitting content to humval.com, a user gives Humval a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to reproduce, publish and distribute such content anywhere.
